"Methylcobalamin is currently the best quality and most absorbable form of b-12 on the market. This tiny pink tablet dissolves under the tongue with a faint fruit flavor and is gone in about 60-90 seconds. I have read studies showing that absorbability is the same as a b-12 injection, so I get my b-12 without a doctor visit. As an active person, b-12 noticably helps my endurance, but the biggest benefit is the normalized sleeping pattern it establishes. I have tried other sublingual b-12's, but many have an off taste or take far too long to dissolve. This brand strikes the best balance between effectiveness, taste and price."
