"This product has had absolutely no observable effect on me whatsoever. Wasted my $$. On a surprising note, what HAS had some effect is a timed release Melatonin by Source Naturals, (3 mg. also).A different brand sublingual melatonin USED to benefit me years ago so I thought I'd try it again. I dont know if it is the brand or the sublingual factor to blame this time around."
