NSI Synergy 3000® Multi-Vitamin Version 11 -- 30 Servings -180 Capsules

An excellent source of daily foundational nutrition equivalent to 5 servings of vegetables and 7 to 8 servings of fruit that promotes powerful antioxidant protection and supports overall health. Epidemiological studies indicate show that high consumption of vegetables and fruit is associated with better health. Unfortunately, the average American diet has only approximately two servings of vegetables and fruit per day. Each daily serving of Synergy 3000 contains 500 mg of VitaVeggie™ Vegetable Antioxidant Blend, a combination of broccoli, tomato, carrot, spinach, kale and brussel sprout powder, plus broccoli sprout and onion extracts (with an ORAC score of 2,500 units, equivalent in antioxidant activity to five servings of vegetables). It also includes 200 mg of BerryVin™ High ORAC Berries, consisting of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and cranberries plus grape and pomegranate extracts (with an ORAC score of 1,000 units, equivalent in antioxidant activity to two servings of fruit). AppleZin™ Apple Complex, which has 125 mg, standardized with 80% polyphenols (with an ORAC score of 1,500 to 1,750, equivalent in antioxidant activity to at least three servings of fruit). Synergy 3000 also has 100 mg of ActiVin® Grape Seed Extract, standardized with over 85% proanthocyanidins, (with a typical ORAC score of 900 to 1,300 units, equivalent in antioxidant activity to approximately two servings of fruit). The total ORAC score from fruit is 3,400 to 4,050 and is approximately equal to 7 or 8 servings of fruit. Coenzyme Q10 (100 mg), alpha lipoic acid (300 mg) and acetyl L-carnitine (100 mg) are powerful antioxidants in Synergy 3000, which may encourage cellular energy production. It also has nutrients which may protect the heart and brain, such as CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid, acetyl L-carnitine, ginkgo biloba extract, quercetin and proanthocyanidins (from grape seed extract), as well as tomato powder and pomegranate extract. Drinking green tea is associated with protecting both the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems. Synergy 3000 has 500 mg of a potent green tea extract, standardized to 98% polyphenols, 80% catechins, 45% EGCG, which is roughly equivalent in antioxidant activity to drinking three cups of green tea. To promote eye and vision health, Synergy 3000 includes powerful antioxidants such as lutein, ginkgo biloba extract, alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, acetyl L-carnitine, quercetin, proanthocyanidins (from grape seed extract), zinc (30 mg as L-OptiZinc®), as well as additional concentrates and extracts from vision-enhancing vegetables and fruits. . Synergy 3000 also has 25 mg of resveratrol whereas a bottle of red wine usually has only 1 to 10 mg of resveratrol. Resveratrol together with grape seed extract and red wine extract may offer many of the health benefits of red wine. Furthermore, alpha lipoic acid (300 mg) as well as the combination of chromium (in the superior form ChromeMate® at 400 mcg) and biotin (3,000 mcg) may help maintain healthy blood sugar levels. Alpha lipoic acid and milk thistle (standardized 80% Silymarin) may protect the liver. Synergy 3000 includes Mushroom Defense Complex with immune-boosting Cordyceps mycelia, Shiitake, Maitake, and Reishi standardized mushroom extracts, which together with vitamin E, chelated vitamin C (500 mg as Advan-C®), chelated zinc (30 mg), and chelated selenium (200 mcg as selenomethionine) may help strengthen the immune system. To promote healthy bones, this comprehensive formulation also contains highly absorbable, chelated calcium (300 mg, as calcium citrate, dicalcium malate, Advan-C®), magnesium (200 mg), vitamin D3 (2,000 IU), vitamin K (300 mcg) and chelated boron (3 mg). Vitamin D3 at 2,000 IU is an optimal dose which may also support bone health and, together with the vegetable and fruit concentrates and extracts, may promote healthy cell division. Nutrients that may help protect the prostate are zinc, selenium, vitamin D, vitamin E, tomato powder and pomegranate extract.
