"This is a vitamin that will make your hair grow..and FAST..I'm not PG, but I take this b/c it has more Vitamin D than I'd normally consume in a day and I'm dieting..so I'm taking in less calories..so need all the benefits that this vitamin has to offer. This is such a great vitamin that I can literally have nothing or even just coffee in my stomach and taking a swig of water and these 2 vitamins DOES NOT make me sick..nauseous...Nada. I'm telling you..these are the best. Good luck, Victoria"
