"I've had diabetes now for 38 years, during which time I've had a major problem with blood sugar levels spiking after meals that are high in complex carbohydrates. After reading about PGX Daily in a health magazine, I decided to try them myself. The first time I took a PGX Daily was before a meal of spaghetti. Prior to eating my BSL was 112; two hours after eating my BSL was 125. This is the best EVER control I've had after eating a meal packed in carbohydrates, I was amazed!! I would highly recommend PGX Daily to ANY diabetic to help reduce spiking BSLs after eating. I also found my metabolism improved as well, despite having hypothyroidism. This product is definitely a good investment, and I'll be continuing to take PGX Daily before at least 2 meals a day! :D"
