"I recommend this product. I took this last year to replace coffee and soda and I noticed a significant change. I didn't get a "coming down" feeling from this like I do with Coffee. It gave me moderate healthy engergy throughout the day. It also has B Vitamins that help to promote metabolic health. I took this and followed a steady diet and lost 15 pounds in 3 months. Considering I was only 130 pounds I think that is pretty significant. :)"

"Supposed to be a replacement for diet soda, take forever to dissolve, taste like powder and have a horrible after taste. Don't waste your money!"
