"We are very happy with this product. Not a lot of sugar and does exactly what it says, which is to prepare you for your work out. Great pre workout drink with suttle flavor and the right components to helping you achieve that "pump". I take it with L-Argenine free form."
"Good taste and great effectiveness. Increased energy, pump, and stamina during workouts. The longer or more consistently this product is used the greater the effect seems to become. Could not have made it through quite a few of my workouts, especially those late at night, without this product. Thanks, ON! (note: this product does contain caffeine)"
