"my young kids really like this and so do i. it's a wonderful way to made sure they get all thier fruit and veg. however my 12 yr nephew thinks it tastes way too healthy. so if your kids are older maybe try the less expensive packets first. you really do have to mix with water before adding the milk like its says enjoy"
