"As far as the product itself goes, it does provide a noticeable (Though not hugely noticeable) difference in my workouts. I like the fact that it has 50 full servings and has a great price point. My complaint comes from the taste and the mixing (or lack there of). When you open the container, it smells like a fresh cherry limeade from your favorite neighborhood spot, but upon mixing that's where it lost me. It's very bitter, and gritty if you don't use a hand type mixer. The taste is palatable, but that's all. It's not great, nor is it exceedingly terrible, just palatable. I may try a different flavor as this has helped, but will not buy this particular flavor again."
