"I love this product. Start out slowly to get used to it, as it causes a little indigestion at first. I do not recommend the maximun dosage of 9 capsules a day, as six works well for me, to cut down on costs. The key here is to stick with a low carb diet while taking this product to maximize the reduction of belly fat and increased metabolism. If you eat too many carbs while taking this, it is not as effective. Give it at least 2 months to see results. This is the best weight loss product I have used to date. Highly recommended."

"The product might have worked on me if I was on it longer then three weeks. However, I had to stop taking it after doing some research on what was in it to find out if it was giving me acne. (which I have never had). Well, I come to find out that Brown seaweed can have that side effect. So, if you notice your face and back breaking out and drying out when you are taking this product, then I would see if the breakouts go away once you go off of it. I do not even know if it would have worked or not, because I was not on it long enough to find out. However, it did make me less hungry, but for my skin to get in that bad of condition it was not worth it."

"I have been using this along with tonalin, carb blocker, and 7-Keto for almost six months and will continue to do so. Since I am using all these concurrently, it's not possible for me to judge exactly which item is doing what for me, but I can definitively say that fucoxanthin is a heck of an appetite suppressant. Watch out for that when you first start using it -- you literally forget to eat -- not good if that means skipping meals/nutrition and metabolism thinks you're starving! Be aware and fit in a small meal or something to keep from getting light-headed. I started with one 3X/day, then gradually worked up to three 3X/day. I lost 10% of my body weight within the first month or so and since then have plateaued. I need to lose about 20 more pounds. However, despite the scale not showing more dramatic loss, I have been shrinking. My clothes fit differently (read: hang off of me) and people have commented on how much smaller I am. Since muscle weighs more than fat, and I know I look thinner, I'm not too concerned about the scale. I barely exercise at all so I know these supplements work on their own. I find that the results also depend on how much water is consumed; I aim for 100 oz/day or at least 8 oz per softgel/capsule that I take. These softgels are small and very easy for me to swallow. Great product!!!"
