"I was looking for a gluten-free bar that had a decent amount of fiber, and these definitely fit the bill. Kinda chewy, but very good flavor and tons of fiber. Just a tip: make sure you drink a full glass of water with these bars, as they are quite dense. Will continue to buy these bars-"

"The bar is quite chewy, but if you take smaller bites, it's no big deal and it dissolves well in your mouth if you don't take a huge bite. All organic, holds up well in higher temps and doesn't get all messy as would something w/ a candy bar consistency.
I do wish that they had a bar w/out a nut butter as the base ingredient so my son w/ those allergies has something to pick from. All bars out there have nuts in them or are 90% rice - which does little to purge hunger."

"I am estatic to have FINALLY found a healthy bar that is not only affordable, but good for me and without soy (trust me this is difficult to do). These have excellent ingredients that are organic and pleasing to me. The taste is awesome. I love the no soy factor (a cheap filler that blocks my thyroid hormone)...so I am in love. Vitacost prices are awesome. This isn't my favorite flavor. I like the Vegan so far no. 1 and the chocolate chip no. 2 and these are 3rd fav but they are good! They last me an entire workout and I get low blood sugar, perfect as a meal replacement!"
