"When evaluating food bars I look for 1) organic ingredients, 2) low glycemic load, 3) no refined sugars, 4) no GMOs, 5) soy-free, 6) dairy-free, and 7) 8-12 grams of protein. This bar passes most of these tests. I discovered this food bar while browsing Vitacost. Having never heard of the company I was hesitant about ordering but man was I surprised. I like the taste but am not picky regarding taste. They bar is a little oily/sticky, possibly due to the cashews. Anyway, I order this bar regularly now along with one from Garden of Life."
