"I bought this product because a similar product was good (rose pedal). This lavender version turned out to be a disappointment.
There is no mask of scent over the strong chemical; when I put it on my face, I can't stand the chemical smell.
It reminded me that all product are made from chemicals, this one happended to be lack of mask. I would think twice to buy the chemicals even they claimed to be "natural or Herbs"."

"I have used many toners. My last one cost $55. This works as well if not better than anything I've used....and there is no comparison to the clean amazing scent.

It's also not drying to my skin at all. I love this product and I doubt I will need to ever try another toner."

"I have used Witch Hazel on and off throughout the years, but I only recently discovered Thayer's scented Witch Hazel. Wow! What a great product! Witch Hazel is naturally moisturizing yet also cleans like an astringent without the alcohol.

Another use: I use it as a refreshing facial spray. Just pour some into a bottle with a mister nozzle, and spray on your face for an instant cooling rejuvenation! I like the Lavender the best, with Lemon as a close second!!"

"I was so excited to see this product in Lavender, but was extremely disappointed with the fragrance upon receipt. The fragrance does not even come close to smelling like real Lavender. I should have known when reading the label that says Lavender fragrance. This should have alerted me that it is NOT a natural Lavender fragrance. I would have been better off purchasing the plain bottle and add my own Lavender essential oil. Don't Waste Your Money."

"This is the only brand of witch hazel I've found that doesn't include alcohol. Normally, witch hazel is quite irritating/drying. But Thayer's is true to it's claim to not include alcohol in this forumula. Plus, it has the added benefit of aloe and calming lavender. It's great stuff!"

"I recently got into shaving with a double-edged safety razor and wanted a good witch hazel product to use after shaving. I checked product reviews at Badger and Blade, and this product was recommended. I tried it, and I really like it. It's alcohol-free and has aloe vera for added soothing properties. The lavender fragrance is mild and unobtrusive. Plus, I saw this same product at a local whole foods store, and the price was double what Vitacost charges. I also purchased from Vitacost the fragrance-free version, and that is equally nice! Highly recommended!"
