Take more than one per day...., August 28, 2008

"I read the directions wrong, and was only taking one per day. Then, I realized why would the directions say stop use after 3 weeks? So, i read it again. Still don't know why directions say stop use after 3 weeks. I do see a differance.
Do not take this pill on an empty stomach. You will not feel good.
I thought it was a little expensive - but i wanted to try it. It is ok."

"This stuff really works. I only take this and no other fat loss product. I am an endurance runner and run 30-40 miles a week while not in marathon training. Even with all of that running and a very clean diet I had some stubborn fat. After two weeks on this product the extra fat is slowly melting away and my abs are showing. One needs to drink a lot of water with this product. I normally just take one capsule a day."
