"This stuff is really good. I put 2 Tbls of it in my rocket blender with 1/2 cup almond milk, one to two Tbls. frozen blueberries and a few ice cubes. It is really good compared to some of the other shakes I had. I will keep using this brand."

"I have many food sensitivities and find protein shakes a very useful supplement to my diet. This makes a tasty, thick shake, especially when combined with almond milk. It has less protein and more carbs per serving than other protein powders, so it is not ideal purely as a fitness supplement. However, it is ideal as a snack or meal that you can fit into your macros for the day. Great, high fiber "pudding": 1/2c cold almond milk, 6 tbsps nutiva, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia to taste."

"This product helps me get started with my day. Alternately, its a great pick-me-up before dinnertime. I add some almond milk and peanut or almond butter, and use the recipe on the back. It meets any cravings and gives me nutrition too!"

"Most nutritional shakes make my stomach hurt, but this one actually soothes my stomach and helps me digest my food. My stomach problems have dimished greatly since drinking this product daily. I did some research on hemp protein and learned that it has a highly-digestable form that is better absorbed than many other forms of protein. I feel comfortable drinking it as a meal replacement a few times/week. You need a blender or shaker for this product. I add milk (any type- dairy, soy, rice) and sugar, then shake it up in a water bottle. Adding a sweetened milk (like vanilla-flavored) makes it taste better."

"I make a shake every morning for my kids, my husband, and myself. We've been using the Chocolate Hemp Shake, vanilla rice milk, and frozen bananas to make a yummy and nutritious shake. "You really should have a shaker or blender to mix this. It does not mix that well with a spoon. It does taste good and provides a whopping 11 g of fiber. I mixed mine with Silk Very Vanilla soy milk, and the box recommends vanilla rice milk. It will taste good either way, that is just what I had on hand. I highly recommend it and will repurchase in the future."
