"This recipe box mix gets a 2 thumbs up! Taste is good enough to pass for traditional spice cake. Smells good cooking in the kitchen, and taste is light, fluffy, and satisfying. Not too sweet--but just sweet enough. We put cream cheese on it and also tried a slice with butter--both are delicious. I'm going to try a cream cheese icing recipe with it next time. This recipe makes me feel good because even my non-gluten-free family likes it so it's something we can all enjoy."
