"THis bread mix is not terribly light but really good flavor when I used with milk and two eggs and one egg white. Perfect for toasting and serving in bite sized pieces with tunafish salad topping or some other tasty appetizer. THis bread is really good sliced thin and used as toast. This bread has a medium heavy texture when made in a breadmaker but the flavor and aroma really make it a satisfying bread. I am surprized how flavorful it is. Definetly will buy again."
