"I bought this soap on a recommendation. While it lathers fantastically, I was surprised how much I did not like the feeling this soap left on my skin. It just felt like I couldn't fully rinse it off and left my skin feeling like there was a residue there that I did not want. For my hair, it was even worse. I stop using it even as a body wash after the third time."

"I've used many high end soaps/gels/body washes thinking that it is better, but this really blows them all out of the water! You really can use it for so many different things. Initially, I purchased this because my 6 & 8 year old started to develop skin rashes. I was not sure if it was due to some products they were using containing SLS in it or not. I wanted to go more natural (without parabens & sls). Their tender skin looked terribly painful and was unbearably itchy. Ever since I made the switch to Dr Bronner's Unscented Baby mild liquid soap, their skin has really cleared up. No more dry scaley skin! I've started to use it, too. First, I started using it as a body wash and found it to be less drying than my so-called moisturizing body washes. I tried it as a facial cleanser, too. It removed everything off quite nicely--even mascara and liquid eyeliner! I did try it on my hair, but I'm not so sure if I like it as a shampoo, yet. I might need to adjust to it because it lacked the silk feeling I normally get after rinsing from my other shampoos. The price is great and it lasts a very long time because you dilute it with water. It foams up nicely and rinses without residue. I just placed another order and got the lavender, eucalyptus, and tea tree liquid soaps."

"I was so excited to get this product and try it out. And to find this product at such a good price was a bonus! I love to use this product in one of those foaming dispensers - just a squeeze in the bottom and fill the rest with water. I have one in every bathroom and in the shower. Suds up beautifully, especially with a loofah or seasponge. We use it to wash the kids hair and bodies too. I've washed my teeth with it like other reviewers have suggested and found the first time to be an interesting experience - had a mouthful of bubbles and felt like I had to keep spitting bubbles out for a few minutes after rinsing - but now that I've used less and rinsed more, find that the problems are gone and now I really like it as a toothsoap. I'm going to buy the peppermint soap next - perhaps that will make it seem more like a good toothsoap? Great stuff and you know you can't go wrong with Dr Bronner's products."

"This stuff is FABulous!!!! I've always used Dr. Bronner's Castile Soaps to clean my house. But this is the first time I purchased the Baby Mild. I bathed my 7 week old son with it, and now I'm wondering why I didn't use it on my other children. The ingredients are so pure AND organic. It lathers well and is very concentrated. A little bit goes a long way. It left my baby's skin very soft with a wonderful clean smell. I'm going to purchase more and use it for hand soap too. Definitely give it a try!"

"Because I handle food, and take care of pets, I wash my hands very frequently. I do not like my hands smelling like perfume, neither do the animals. "I buy the Baby Mild Dr. Bronner's because I like to scent my own Dr. Bronner's. It's so easy! I just choose a nice perfume oil (I like patchouli and nag champa, but the beauty is, you can choose any scent you like), add the oil to the bottle of Baby Mild Dr. Bronner's (as much oil or as little as you want) and voila! You have a wonderfully scented, yet mild, castile shower wash. I've been doing this for several years now and have had a great time customizing my Dr. Bronner's. It turns out great every time!"

"This is hands down the best soap I have ever used for my baby. I just wish I had found it sooner. He has minor eczema and this soap keeps it at bay. It is incredibly mild but still feels like it gives a great clean. It is amazingly easy to rinse, I use it on his hair and body. It is very concentrated so you can dilute it or use a very tiny amount. I use it without scent but they say you can add essential oils to scent it yourself. To top it all off, it is really a great value especially through vitacost.com. I will never use another baby wash and I recommend this to all moms and dads."

"We bought it to use on our new grandson in the tub. As with other Dr. Bronner liquid soaps, it is NOT sudsy. We use it in the tub-and his skin does NOT feel dried out at all; but there is no actual "moisturizing effect" either. A perfect gentle soap. We purchased a spray bottle and filled it with water and this soap and a little bit of baby oil. We use it to spray onto the baby's poopy bottom at diaper change time to make it all come of the skin quickly-then follow that with a clean wipe to get up any extra residue from the "custom spray." Also, use the spray on little hands before meals, with a quick rinse off in the sink or with a damp washcloth. And, of course, use it after dinner to get those messy faces, hands, hair, ears ... and wherever else the food ended up. I spray it onto a slightly damp washcloth and voila, the work is done. I thin rinse out the washcloth and give a last "once over" with a "product free" rinse. --- Also, i use this all the time to clean my veggies and fruit; I used to use the peppermint, but I like this unscented Dr. Bronners better.
I pour a few squirts in the basin of cold water, add my fruit and/or veggies; let soak for up to 10 minutes. All of the waxes and misc. debris float up to the top ... and all of the dirt flows down to the bottom of the sink. Then, piece by piece, I rinse THOROUGHLY under the cold running faucet. --- This stuff is a bargain when you consider all of the uses and the amount used for each application is very small. You will be amazed an the clean & shiny little butts ... and the tremendous amount of wax in it pulls off of the apples and other fruit and the veggies - esp. cucumbers.
I am a Dr. Bronner junkie. Wouldn't live without it."
