"I am the one who has used the same hygiene products for 15-20 years or more, so I am always satisfied. I have a regiment that is simply not broken, so I have no need to fix it. I have used this soap without issue over 20 years, actually over 25 years, and plain and simple, it works. I used to use the bar soap, but found the liquid to be better. The Hemp Almond is my favorite and preferred soap. At my age, I constantly get compliments on my skin and I have always attributed that to my simple regiment that has gone unchanged with the same products for all of these years. Some time ago when the soap changed from just Almond to Hemp Almond, it even got better!
As far as soap goes, this is the only one for me. I am well satisfied."

"I have many Dr. Bronner's items and every one of them is great. I like the way this item smells and a little goes a long way!! My only complaint is that it burns if it gets into your eyes. I got some in my eye accidentally and it took an hour, and lots of eye drops, to make the pain go away. I would be very careful using this around children. But I will keep using it, and love it!"

"I'm so glad I discovered these products.
I put a big soap dispenser of this in the shower. My husband spends quite a bit of time outside and his skin takes a beating from the elements. He's not one to bother with any kind of moisturizer, but with the blend of natural moisturizing oils in this soap I think it really made a difference because he actually commented on how good it felt on his face. No unecessary detergents/chemicals to dry or irritate - just pure, natural ingredients that's actually good for your skin.
It has a delicious almond scent, lathers very well and is so gentle I feel good about having my son use it too."

"I was given a bottle of Dr. Bronner's soap as a Christmas gift and it sat in my bathroom closet for months. We were out of liquid hand soap, so I filled the dispenser with Dr. Bronner's soap. At first I thought, this is nice, it lathers well and rinses clean. Well, during this time I was having problems with middle age breakout on my face (it was like I was a teen again). I was using all of my pricey skin care products with no results and becoming very frustrated. I decided to try Dr. Bronner's soap, it couldn't hurt and to my delight my face began to clear in just a couple of days. At fist I thought maybe it was just a fluke of timing, so I stopped for a couple of days and low and behold breakout again. I use it now as my total body cleansing product and my skin feels softer and looks smoother than I can ever remember. I love it, Dr. Bronner's really is magic soap."

"I bought this as a soap that was natural and healthier for skin than all those other yucky brands and I absolutely love it. But I made a shampoo with this that is perfect for any type of hair. One part Castile soap and one part water and add a tsp of oil, I used olive. Just use apple cider vinegar mixed with water as a rinse, and you will never need to buy shampoo or conditioner ever again!!!"

"My grandmother used to use Dr. Bronner's soaps when I was a kid (a very long time ago) and I rediscovered them several years ago. It's tough to say which fragrance is my favorite but I would have to say the almond must be because it is the one I buy the most. I love it as a body wash because it leaves my skin so soft and clean that body lotion is usually not needed. Especially nice during hot, sticky summers when lotion is the last thing I want to put on my body. Great in foam soap dispensers! The smell is really yummy!"

"I adore almond-scented products and this soap delivers a fabulous fragrance. Despite my mastocytosis and the almond fragrance, I have even been able to use this product on my face--without hives, red watery eyes or other typical allergic reactions. It rinses off CLEAN without stripping my skin. Not only is there no residue of any kind, there is no lingering scent either. I know I should use up all my other face and body soaps but it's hard to go back to them now that I've experienced Dr. Bronner's product. What a Godsend!"

"This is an excellent soap. It smells great and leaves your skin clean without any harsh synthetic chemicals. You only need a little to get a lot. I use it as a hand soap and to take showers. I paid $13 for a 16oz bottle in the health food section of my local grocery store. You can't beat Vitacost for the price of this 32oz bottle."
