"I had been suffering from indescribably painful whole-leg cramps that would wake me up suddenly in the middle of the night, or be triggered by bending or squatting positions, etc. These cramps had been bothering me, and interrupting my sleep, for years. I tried many, many different calcium/magnesium supplements; exercise; stretching; etc., with NO results. Finally, this product was recommended by a friend, and after a month of using it, I had NO night cramps, and very few position cramps! ONE CAUTION: I heard (granted, heresay) that it is better to take calc/mag away from multi-vitamins. And I personally take this product by putting the powder in a cup, adding boiling water (about an inch); and then a couple inches of juice. I like it best that way."

"I take this at night, it helps me sleep but also repelenshes my body with the mag and cal and vit D3 is added. A perfect combo to take at night. The flavor is a little strong, but you get use to it. It has really been helping me with leg cramps at night. I use to smoke, and feel that I robbed my body of important nutrients that I now have to replace."
