"I purchased this product after using a different carb blocker because this bottle lasts AT LEAST a month for me if I take the recommended one pill three times daily (which doesn't always happen). The other product I used lasted 2 weeks. I really like this for when I like to cheat with sweet foods. I have kept on target for my weight loss after my second child and haven't gained any weight at all when going out to dinner or having an extra snack. It has about the same ingredients that is in phase 2, but the price and amount you get is the icing on the cake!"
