"It so hard to measure yourself. This is a great tool. I want to buy one for my nutritionist as well. It keeps you from practically having to hug people to get their weight. You just slide it around, hook it in and push the button on top and it gives a good accurate measurement. Great for measuring arms and hard to measure places. I love this! I have not had it long enough to know if any buttons etc... break on it though."
