Green tea, Grape Seed and Red Wine are natural sources of antioxidants, which help neutralize harmful molecules in the body known as free radicals. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), an antioxidant-like compound found in green tea, may be up to 200 times more powerful than vitamin E in neutralizing pro-oxidants and free radicals.
