"I plays tennis four days a week and do aerobics and weights on the other two days which puts a heavy demand on my body with respect to fluid loss. These tablets speed my recovery. I am 70 years old and have been taking these tablets for the past 20 years. I recommend them for anyone who sweats a lot either from exercise or hard physical work."

"I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FOR MY HUSBAND AND SON'S TO TAKE. IT'S SUMMER TIME, MOWING TIME, AND A LOT MORE SWEATING TIME. "If you suffer from anything and I mean anything... this is the product that will save your life!!!!!!!!!
Did you know that the RDA for Potassium is
3,000 mg? YEP! That's over 15 bananas! I can't even eat one let alone 15.... And if you're active read on... in 20 mins of cardio work your body loses 3,000 mg. As a result you'll need to intake 6,000 mg to be in a positive balance to off set the 3,000 mg lost during the workout. The harder you workout the more you lose ect....

"Delivers same results as a sports drink or electrolyte packets w/o the mess or the sugar. I take it with multivitamin and after excercise and have no issues. Subject to humidity, so keep sealed until needed."
