"The content of nutrients and foods is incredible. I'm unable to tolerate the full "dose", however, and recommend someone try 1/4 of serving to start. Taste is NOT pleasant, but didn't really expect it to be. Also a little startled to find how green it is. (first time I've tried a whole food shake, so I don't know if that's normal) I'm glad I tried it. Will probably continue to use, though I'll probably try chocolate next time to see if it's more palitable."

"My husband and I have been taking this whole food shake for over a month and absolutely love it. We mix it with soy and add banana and frozen fruits and it's really a power house - I feel a huge difference energy wise when I don't take it. "I started drinking this shake because of the price and the fact that it had EVERYTHING but the kitchen sink in it and I was tired of taking my vitamins in pill form. This stuff is awesome. After I drink it I feel like I could run a marathon. The energy is thru the roof. I did have to get past the green color and the different taste but not bad just different and well worth it for the health benefits. It does cause me a bit of gas if I take both scoops at once so I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon and that works better to keep energy thru out the day. I am so pleased with this product and I recommend it to everyone and especially those with health issues. Not everything that is good for you tastes like candy so don't let that stop you."

"I bought this because it's nutritionally jam packed. It's green, very green. That's not a problem really, it just took me by surprise. It mixed nicely with my soy milk. With 8 ounces of liquid, it was thick. I have to say the taste leaves something to be desired. I would not say it tastes like licorice nor does it taste like vanilla. It's a very unique taste. I don't want to trash this product but my first thought was a grass smoothie, as in lawn. It tastes like herbal supplements. It must be difficult to put all that good stuff into one product and have it taste good too. Maybe mixing it with something different will improve the taste. I have to watch my calorie intake so I don't want to load the shake up with a bunch of extra things just to make it taste better. I'm glad I only bought one can. I don't know if I'll buy more."

"For over a year now I've been using a similar product but I wasn't crazy about the taste. In February I was putting in my order and saw that NSI started carrying their own powdered Whole Food Shake, so I ordered 2 cans. I like the idea of smaller cans, it makes it a lot easier to handle. The Taste, I'll tell ya it's the best, it's not overly flavored like the other stuff, you guys at NSI got it perfect. 2 scoops! I love the 2 scoop serving. I don't take 2 scoops at once, I don't like taking my vitamins all at once, I take 1 scoop in the mourning and 1 scoop in the afternoon. This is the best whole food shake Period! I mix 1 scoop in a blender with 2 bananas and 8-10 ounces of milk and I'm good to go. I do it again at lunch time and maybe have a sandwich and I'm energized for the whole day. Thanks for the great new product NSI, it's a winner in my book."
