"I think this product was a good addition to my quitting program. I sucessfully used the nicotine patch many years ago, and had quit for about 8 years. Life happened and I picked up smoking again for about 2 years. I went back to the nicotine patch and it just was not giving me all the assistance I needed this time. I was half way through my program w/the patch and still felt anxiety wanted to smoke.

I added I-Quit to my program with the nicotine patch and found that it provided the last bit of additional support I needed. I did not experience any negative side affects and was just sure to take it regularly as directed. However, after a couple of weeks I would find that I would forget to use it even after I had stopped using the patch. I was not sure about using it w/something else but since is does not contain nicotine I couldnt see whereas it could do any more harm than ripping off the patch and smoking a cigarette.

I've been doing great and have no physical desires to smoke. If you dont smoke much, I feel confident it would be all someone might need...quitting smoking is different for everyone but I would definitely recommend it for anyone to use. It is effective and affordable."
