"I love this sauce because there are none of those ingredients in it no one's never heard of. It's just all natural vegetables and spices, so you won't feel guilty for eating it. The taste is surspingly very good. For those who want more flavor or a "kick" in it, just add a little salt. As for me, I ate it without adding salt and loved it. You really don't need to add more flavor, but that's just my opinion. I also used this with the Edon brand Wheat Spaghetti style noodles and it tasted a lot better than I expected. It's not as tasty as the other spaghetti sauces I've bought from the grocery stores over the years, but that's simply because I'm so used to them. If you want to eat spaghetti without all those unnatural ingredients and without feeling guilty, then I HIGHLY recommend buying this sauce along with Edon's brand of Spaghetti Wheat noodles or whatever flavor of noodles you desire."
