"I orginally purchased this product because I couldn't tolerate any of the fish based omega acids. Regardless of which I tried I always had very bad fishy "burps" which was more like reflux. Although experts say that fish oil is a better source of more complete fish oils, this product was a must for me and it hasn't dissapointed. I am very happy with the quality and value of this product and best part is I've never had any related reactions to it."

"This product states in the product description that it is "suitable for practicing vegetarians" due to the source of the oils being plants rather than fish. However, the capsule is made from gelatin - a substance that is extracted from the collagen inside bones, connective tissue, organs and intestines of animals (primarily domesticated cows and horses). Absolutely not suitable for vegetarians! I still haven't been able to find a gelatin-free source of EFA so I'll just stick with Flax and Borage oil."

"I cannot take anything with soy or soy by products-it aggrivates my fibroids. The description of the ingredients did not mention soy at all. Now I have a full bottle that just sits on the shelf."
