"I had been using the Women's multi but decided to give this product a try since it has the fruit and vegetable blend concentrate and the mushroom defense blend. I think it's a very good value but unfortunately I have to agree with other reviewers that I do find the tablets hard to swallow."

"I decided to try the vegetarian tablets, rather than the geletin capsules. I found the tablets much more difficult to swallow. I would prefer a vegetarian capsule instead of tablets."

"These vitamins were terribly expensive. The product info did not say that you have to take two vitamins three times a day. That is just ridiculous. Plus they smell like cat litter, leaving a horrible taste in your mouth. I would not recommend these unless you like gagging."

"Very satisfied with all characteristics except one. The tablets are irritating on my throat. I am, therefore, going to use capsules only in the future ( I have just ordered same). All other considerations are excellent."

"I ordered these in error. I usually order the Synergy 10 capsules, whic h are excellent. While the formula is basically the same, I and my wife are VERY DISSATISFIED with this product. They are difficult to swallow, and they leave a terrible taste in your mouth if they don't go down immediately. I"m sorry I ordered two bottles (one still unopened) in error. I won't order these again."
