"I ordered this product for my daughter who had severe constipation problems and found success with a much more expensive enzyme product. She has not had as much success with this product. When I checked this label against the other product's label, the levels of enzymes were much higher in this product for all the enzymes except it does not contain any lactase. So we are surmising that she needs the lactase as well as the enzymes in this product. This would be a better product if lactase was included. Now, we will either have to go back to the more expensive product or add a lactase product with this."

I took them as directed, and maintained my normal diet. "I've been having digestion problems (gas, diarrhea) for a while. A doctor thought it might be that I have problems digesting dairy. Anyway, I thought that these enzymes would help my digestion but as far as I can tell they have no effect. I'm not sure if it's me or that these pills are ineffective."
