"This is a great product. If you're having difficulties with irregularity, you won't with this. I was not having a problem in that area. But, this product also puts good bacteria back into your body. That is why I was taking it. I must admit I had to cut back on my dosage because it will make you "go". At least it does me. That was never an issue with me. But, a very good product."

"I've used probiotics for years, every morning on an empty stomach. What a difference it makes! I've also tried many brands, and after some dissatisfaction this past year I decided to go on line and research 'the best' available: a product with the most probiotic strains AND potency for the money. "I first tried Natures Way Probiotics and I could tell what a quality product it was. When I tried NSI probiotics, they had no impact on me whatsoever. After taking Natures Way, I could tell the difference, excellent bowel movements, remission with colitis and just an overal good feeling and good digestion. I decided to try the NSI product, only with poor results. Symptoms of colitis came back, poor digestion and bowel movements, I ended up throwing away the rest of the bottle of the NSI Probiotics, for they did nothing for me. I switched back to Natures Way and wow, the difference. I wouldn't recommend the NSI Probiotic product because I don't think it is worth it. It was like taking a placebo, compared to the Natures Way Probiotic. To bad it was too late to get my money back, cause it certainly was a waste of money."

"Take this from a heartburn queen: I used to have a heartburn acompanied with embarassing sweating almost every time I ate, when I was hungry, during the night, and just about every 20 minutes; OK, I admit there was a lot of stress going on in my life at that time as well. I heard about Probiotics from a friend who also had stomach problems; after checking the reviews, I decided to buy the product. Thank you to those who took the time to write a review about the effect on heartburn.
