"I read all the other reviews that said how great this product worked and figured I would give it a try. It made me very sluggish and sickly feeling... I didn't feel at my best in the gym and couldn't get through my workouts. I also was getting stomachaches a lot. Once I decided to stop taking it, all of those things went away. The other people were right that I wasn't jittery or losing sleep from it, but the stuff just isn't worth the pain. They are just caffeine pills, so don't put too much stock into them. There are no miracle fat burners. The only thing you can do is work it off!"

"This product worked just as good (if not better than) MuscleTech's Hydroxycut Hardcore, and for a lower price. The only is issue I had was that my bowel movements were RED...a bit disconcerting. NSI should look into removing the red dye in this product...I doubt that will affect its effectiveness."

"I will admit to having been an ephedra user in the 90's--I know, shame on me!-- but I lost tons of weight and felt happy all the time! After its ban, I tried the other brand of "hardcore" supplement and felt similar effects but hated the price. Hydroxyrip totally curbs my appetite and gives me energy. The old version used to be coated in a red powder, which I didn't like, but they've since eliminated it and they're so much better! Don't waste your money on the name brand-- these are just as effective at a much lower price!"

"I've tried other products similar to this without the same results. It works great, I am losing inches and starting to see the "pack" under the flab. A few things I would mention that are small negatives: - My tolerance for it built very quickly and needed to move the dosage up, but I did max out at 2 at a time. - Your trips to the bathroom will be red in color! - My eyes burned while taking it - It works, which means you will be perpetually "hot" while taking it. 76 Fahrenheit will feel like 80 while taking this."

"***Beware of the caffeine content, if you aren't used to taking caffeine.*** I purchased this on a comparative product recommendation, as I have been happy with other NSI-labeled products. I had previously purchased the MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore product and had gotten good results. I saw the link and decided to try it instead of re-purchasing the Hydroxycut product. (this is $12 cheaper than Hydroxycut) This product contains a significant amount of caffeine compared to the Hydroxycut product. In addition to feeling jittery, it has caused me quite a bit of digestive discomfort (gas, etc.) - so much so, that I don't even feel up to working out. Also, this has turned my stools a bright orange-ish red. The Hydroxycut product did not do this. This may work well for others, but I'm returning this and going back to the Hydroxycut product for helping me reach my desired weight."

"This is potent stuff, not for the casual user.
I noticed a big difference with diet and exercise. Though there was some discomfort in the bathroom.
But within just four weeks of use I could notice a visible difference in body fat composition.
I wouldn't recommend long term use, but 4-8 weeks could lead to a big difference."

"I lost over 15 lbs in first six weeks of using this product. Weight loss has continued at about 1 to 1.5 pounds per week. I recommend following the instructions and working your way up to the full dosage. Definitely don't take the product when you are about to go to sleep as the the full dosage of 3 licaps is the same as drinking 3 cups of coffee. It really got my metabolism going and gave me the results I was looking for. After 4 weeks, I combined this product with NSI Fucoxanthin to target belly fat and for a greater feeling of fullness (due to the pine nut oil in that product). I'm a suit size smaller and still shrinking. Maybe both products together are overkill, but it is working well."

"Out of all the products I have tried this is one of two that I have had success with. With diet and exercise I was losing 1/2 to 1lb a day. I suggest staying away from beverages that contain caffiene because it will cause a restless night sleep. If you do just the supplement then sleeping will be normal. It gives you the energy to need to make it through the day and have a high intensity workout. I would highly recommend this product."
