"I have been using protein and meal replacement bars for years now, and I've tried probably over 20. However, I have NEVER been able to find a bar that truly has a good protein source combined with good, natural other ingredients.
Well, in this bar I found just what I wanted. It is very important for gaining muscle and burning fat to have protein ever 3 hours combined with the proper amounts of good fats and carbohydrates. This bar delivers perfectly. Just read the ingredients and be amazed.
I challenge you to find another bar that has whey protein, is cold-pressed, has such healthy greens, and tastes so AMAZING.
Yes this bar has it all, and no I don't work for Biochem. Anyway, I give it 5 stars totally!"

"I have been using these bars for over a year now. When these bars are fresh, they are (in my opinion) the best. However, every now and then, I get a box of bars that are hard as a rock. Almost as if they were sitting out all day and have gotten stale before they packaged them. Extremely annoying!!!!"

"I've been buying the Biochem Raw Foods & Whey Chocolate Nut Raisin, not knowing that this Greens Peanut Butter bar tastes just as delectable, if not more so! I'm usually so picky when it comes to taste, especially with nutrition bars; but hands down, this is one of the best I've tried. Tastes almost like a Reese's butter cup. But it's green! I love it. Going to buy 3 boxes next time to save on shipping."

"The overall flavor of these bars is really good. They are not really sweet, like candy, but they have a nice flavor. I was looking for a protein bar for my 81 year old step-dad with dentures. So it has to be really easy to chew, and these bars are pretty stiff. Although, I found that if I sliced them really thin and gave him those pieces, they melted in his mouth like wafers, so they did work that way."

"After reading the reviews I was certain I would be happy with the product. SO I bought two boxes. What a total waste of $$$. I had to throw away BOTH boxes. The protein bars were HARD AS A ROCK! LITERALLY! I even tried unwrapping it and putting it in the micorwave to get it to be some what pliable. Which did help. But only for a sort time and then it tasted awful. I will never NEVER EVER but this again.!! I wrote to the company about the product, but NEVER heard back. STAY AWAY!"

"I bought a case of these based on the great reviews. Vitacost shipped REALLY fast and had the best price but what a waste of money. Can you say dry? Yes they are not too sweet and the taste isn't bad either but it's basically milk (boo!) chocolate around a dry as cardboard center that is like chewing chocolate wrapped sawdust. Skip these. I absolutely LOVE the moist dark chocolate coated Greens+ energy bars (as do all my friends) and bought 3 cases with this same order. However, I have not tried their protein bars yet. Greens plus is sending some free samples to me. I didn't want to get stuck with another case of gagbars."

"If you like greens type bars, you'll love these. They are the only protein bars I get online, and I love them. However, as with any chocolate coated bar, watch summer shipping, as the coating does melt. I still buy them and love them, but be warned if buying in summertime. Awesome quality and great price though."

"I mainly eat protein bars inbetween meals to maintain my blood sugar levels. I recently switched to Biochem because I was looking for a healthier alternative to all those "energy" bars that contain sugar and hydrogenated oils. I really enjoy this bar since it has a good ratio of protein to carbs while satisfying my chocolate cravings. Even my kids like it!"

"I buy these bars all of the time and they have NO REFINED SUGAR and are NOT sickening sweet. I love these bars.
Just know, they are not low carb but are also not processed and have high quality whey protein 17 grams i think. Not bad, ESPECIALLY for the price!"
