"I had massive reconstructive surgery on my shoulder in 2003 and didn't finish the rehab to my detriment. My shoulder hurt severely, and in desperation I started working out and taking Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM. Over the last nine months I have noticed a difference that I didn't think was possible. I couldn't recommend this product more highly. I was an extreme case, with severe damage, and I am more than happy."
