"When taken correctly, this product does seem to help control appetite. However for me the biggest problem is that you are supposed to take it 1 hour before meals. I guess if you are one of those people who have their whole day sketched out and routined then this is no problem, but I've got 3 small kids and life is crazy. An hour is so far ahead that I completely forget about it until right before meals which doesn't seem to do anything, plus I don't always know when I'll be eating so I don't know how helpful this product will be for me, but I am trying! Another side effect is that it gives me diarrhea about 1.5-2 hrs after taking it which isn't very pleasant feeling (or smelling). I suppose if I can train myself to take the product as directed I can write a more factual review based on how well the product works, but if not, just know it can be difficult to take if you are on a hectic schedule like me."
