"My husband and I both use NSI ToCoQ10 along with Nattokinaise, Omega-3, Natura E-Complex and Nasture's Garlic on a regular basis. These products would be so much more expensive if we were to purchase them elsewhere. The quality and cost is so much better here with Vitacost. "I went to the gym and when taking my pulse rate to see if I was working out at my maximum heart rate, I discoved that my heart skipped beats and the beats weren't very strong. I went to my doctor and he recommend I take 100 mg. of CoQ10 daily. Since then my heart beat and strength of beat are normal. "CoQ10 has been used and recommended to me by a couple of friends for a long time now so I started at VitaCost to find the information necessary to make an educated decision as to whether I needed this supplement in my daily intake. "My pharmacist recommended taking CoQ10 because it helps give you extra energy, so I started taking NSI ToCoQ10 about six months ago. Since then I have had more energy and stamina. I found out about a month ago when I ran out and was without it for three weeks. I noticed how tired I was and had to almost drag myself around. "I was skeptical, but thought I would try the CoQ10 first because I had heard people rave about how much more energetic they felt using it. Withing 2-3 weeks of using the CoQ10, I had so much more energy and was much more clear-minded in the afternoons; I didn't feel like I needed to take a nap.
