"I am very, very pleased for this purchase, It has lived up to it's expectations and has given me more energy, stamina, and muscle mass. It has allowed my workouts to be more fulfilling. Being someone over 40, it is hard for me to gain any amount of mass and this product has made it easier. Thank you."

"If you are looking for a good performance booster, then this product is for you. But if you are actually looking for something that will help you with sustained muscle gains, then this product is NOT for you. The key ingredient here TT (Tribulus terrestris) will help with boosting testosterone and test precursors, but it's not a long term solution. You would need to buy about 10 other supplements to make up for what is lacking in this complex. Mind you, the gains would come if you use this and increase protein intake, but you would be doing your body an injustice by not adding a recovery supplement too. You could add this product to your arsenal, but you will need to read up on what is nessecary for protein transport and recovery to make this a truly effective supplement."
