"I have been using Hydroxycut Hardcore for about 2 months now. I primarily used it to curb my appetite and give me energy to exercise. As part of my regular diet, I take 2 capsules twice a day and it has made a tremendous difference in my energy levels. I have lost 20 lbs. in the past 60 days and I attribute that to this product. Taking this product alone will not promote weight loss or increased quality of healthiness. I exercise 5 times a week for about 30 minutes each day and although I do not diet, I have cut my meal portions down significantly. Along with these changes to my daily life activities, I truly believe Hydroxycut Hardcore is the catalyst to my weight loss and overall increased amount of daily energy. I recommend it to everyone."

"Perhaps it's because I'm quite sensitive to my body and how it reacts to things. Perhaps it's because I have seen that diet is incredibly effective when you want to lose weight. Perhaps it's because I think shortcuts never lead to the promised land...
I'm not sure what the main factor is, but I can't stand this product. It most likely isn't a Muscletech problem, because I've tried the same supplement through other brands, and I've never been happy with the results.
What it's supposed to do: Speed up your metabolism so you can have more energy in your workouts and burn more calories so you can lose weight faster.
Does it work? Possibly. The thing is though... it makes me so miserable, physically, that it just isn't worth continuing to see if I get real results. It makes me jittery... not coffee jittery (that I could handle), but all over, cold sweat, rapid heartbeat, miserable jittery. I drink 2-3 cups of coffee daily, and I sometimes add a 5-hour energy drink in there. Combined with those or on its own, it doesn't matter. Hydroxy cut makes me miserable.
The effects: Well, it definitely gave me energy... well, it gave me what I like to call "surface-level energy." That means you feel like you have energy. You get pumped. However, the second you lift something, it seems to disappear completely. In fact, some of my worst workouts all year last year came during the month I gave this product a try. Overall, it actually SAPPED my energy.
Want to lose weight? Cut out the carbs, deal with the detox that comes with it (3 days to 2 weeks), and watch the pounds melt off your body. No kidding! Melt!
Want more energy? Cut out the carbs, deal with the detox that comes with it, and feel your body have the most consistent, clean, and in-depth energy that you've ever had. Seriously.
Want to speed up your metabolism? Throw in 10-15 minutes of cardio before your usual work-out.
Want to increase your health? Cut out the carbs, deal with the detox that comes with it, and make sure you limit your red meat and saturated fat intake. Seriously, since going that route, my blood pressure has dropped. My cholesterol has dropped. My workout recovery time has dropped. And, of course, the pounds of fat have dropped.
Want to get ripped? Do all of those things, and lift 3+ times weekly. With the extra protein you are eating, you'll actually gain muscle faster.
I believe in supplements. I use a few myself (aplodan [Muscletech], Gakic and Leukic [Muscletech], and creatine [Muscletech]) and I love the results. I've been experiementing with different supplements for about a year now, and this combo is the best I've found. The Gakic gives me the energy, and the ability to lift more weight with more reps. The Leukic helps me heal faster and more effectively. The Aplodan... well, I'm not sure yet. Just started it. And the creatine... well, we all know what creatine does.
Supplements are a mystery, and they affect everybody differently. However, this product is a waste, and most people take things like this as an "easy" solution. I tell you though, there is nothing easy about the misery you endure from this stuff."
