"This is not the best product for prostate health. Upon further study, you need saw Palmetto combined with two other ingredients. These are nettle root and pumpkin seed. One by itself does not work as well as this combination. I used this combo before and then tried this plain saw palmetto. The performance was no where near the combo."

"There aren't exactly a lot of features to evaluate when it comes to saw palmetto capsules, but this is a really good price, and they are just as effective as any other saw palmetto that I've tried. I notice the difference when I don't take it for awhile, so I'd be aware if it weren't."
