"I am not much of a breakfast person plus as a mom I usually have no time to eat breakfast before I head off to work. I have tried all kinds of shakes and was either unhappy with the taste or even more unhappy with the ingredients. I am not the healthiest eater but I try to fit health food options in where and whenever I can. I LOVE THIS SHAKE !!! It has an awsome taste without any aftertaste. Also has a thickness of a shake that fills you up. Just pour milk, add mix, shake and go !!!"

"This is a great tasting shake that definitely fills you up. I love the flavor, and it's quick and easy to make with just 8 oz. of milk. Sometimes there are some clumps left after I've mixed it, but shaking it up usually does the trick. I can't wait to try this is a blender.

My favorite thing about this product is that it contains a lot of healthy, natural ingredients. I'm usually in a rush in the mornings so I grab a not-so-healthy breakfast or just skip the meal all together. However, with the Kashi Shake Mix I can now enjoy a tasty breakfast shake.

I'm not using this product to lose weight, but I still love it! Overall I would definitely recommend this shake mix. The only minor complaint I have is the price, but it's not that bad. Vitacost offers a much better price than what you would find in a health food store."

"I love this stuff. I have been looking high and low for a protein shake that I can actually tolerate the taste of. All the others I have tried are so thick and strange in texture. This one is very smooth, though I do only use 1 scoop instead of 2. It keeps me full without any cravings for a good 4-5 hours. I drink one for breakfast, and occasionally one for lunch too. The price here is the best I have found! Highly recommend this, and any Kashi product."

"I really love the taste of this shake, but it never seems to mix completely. I've been using it with Silk Light Soymilk and the mix always clumps... no matter how much I stir or shake."

"I just noticed that none of the reviewers mentioned if they actually lost any weight, so I thought I'd share my story. Some years back I went on the Kashi GoLean diet. The waffles or the cereal for breakfast and a shake for lunch, a regular dinner. I lost 50 pounds on this diet. If you drink chocolate shakes for your meal, it kills your chocolate cravings! The vanilla tastes better than the chocolate, but both are pretty good. Another reviewer mentioned adding a banana, that really helps thicken it up and tastes great. Berries are good too."

"i have used golean 4 three years and its great to have vitacost cause it saves u money ,i work out 3 to 4 times a week and golean helps burn fat cause of urvaurshi curbs appitite with 7 grams of fiber and keeps u regular .golean also has 21 grams of protein that helps muscleand gives u energy for the hole day so try it out it works for me"
