"Great formulation. Even includes 5-HTP so that the body can make its own Tryptophan. If you take any singular amino acids, this product aids to keep your supplementation balanced. In addition, these amino acids are in free form (in form body can use without having to digest). I believe this product has built up my immune system as well as doing all the other wonderful things amino acids do for our bodies."

"This product is awesome - I've been using it for 4+ years after switching over from AminoTrate from Integrated Health (Tyson). Very similar formula but with B-6 included (for uptake and absorption).

As with any pure crystalline Amino's best taken on an empty stomach with non-dairy, non-protein liquid (water or juice is good).

Personally, since I am a night person - not a "morning" person, I take take 3 or 4 first thing in morning and bam - within 20-30 minutes my brain is magically "on" at FULL speed. Normally I take hours to "wake up".

Also good for additional brain pep (no physical stimulation effect like with caffine) after a long day, for a social, before an important meeting, or when sick with a head cold. I recommmend and share this will all my friends and family. It's great!
