"My physician recommended I use the Greens Today mens formula as a meal substitute, as part of a weight loss plan. I followed his instructions, but used Silk milk instead of water to mix with. It adds a few more calories, but minimal.
The taste with Silk blended with ice into a milk shake is much better. Alone, with water, it tastes like grass."

"I like Greens Today because it has a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals plus protein. as a vegatarian I look for simple ways of increasing my protein intake and the powder mixed with filtered water and juice is a great way to get my basic supplements. I drink down the added supplement items I use along with my Greens Today. good stuff and great price from Vita Cost"

"I have been using this product for the past three months and have noticed a definite increase in overall energy (both physical and libido). It actually does what it says. There is not a huge difference but considering all the vitamins and minerals it has plus the good results I plan on using from now on and getting rid of nearly all my other vitamins."
