"This EFA has the most omegas you will find in a pill form! Excellent! I've recommended it to other people in my family who are now taking it and have noticed things like less stiffness in their joints and healthier skin & nails. Great for children who can swallow large pills, too. Omega 3 is GREAT "brain food" for children!"

"Did lots of research, used to take the liquid forms, Yuck! It was always tricky trying to gt the right balance of Omega 3, 6, & 9. Stay extremely busy so happy to find Total EFA and take 3 a day and not worry about it. EFA are essential for calcium absorption etc; also another side effect is everyone thinks I am 10+ years younger than I am because it Really does help skin retain its luster."
