"...from the Mt. Capra people. I like the fact that it is made from all vegetable and fruit sources, some of them organic.

I take the capsules as directed with each meal, and I have not experienced any kind of stomach upset or indigestion.

An excellent value for your money! Also try the Mt. Capra Mineral Whey."
