"Prior to a workout I use one scoop of Revenge Pro, a tbsp of NSI creatine, a tbsp of NSI l-glutamine, and a cup of green tea, and of course water to create a beverage that keeps me focused, increases HGH and hydrates my muscles. I'm sensitive to ergogenic supplements, but this brew does not make me hyper. It helps me to get in a good workout or game as the case may be. I give it a 4 star only because I do not take it "straight up" so hard to isolate it's biochemical effect."

Great for endurance athletes,

"I am a competitive cyclist. I race with a team, and I also go on long (50 - 100 mile rides) frequently. A former olympic cyclist who lives in my area recommended Champion Revenge Pro. And I have found it makes a HUGE difference in my performance - It really gives me lasting energy. The carb to protein ration, combined with the blend of nutrients (including creatine, phophatidylcholine, CoQ10 glucosamine, D-ribose, quercetin- and just a touch of caffeine) is very effective - I can really feel the difference. And the price through Vitacost can't be beat! The only downside - some people don't like the taste or consistency - it's not super sweet, and its also a bit chalky. I find it palatable - but not exactly delicious. However, its effect more than compensates for the less than perfect flavor."

"I have been using Revenge Pro since it came onto the market. It is by far the best Energy Drink when it comes to performance and taste. I say this because i have tried them all at on time or another. If you want to increase performance on the bike i suggest you purchase this product."
