"this product is great! The herbal blend in this vitamin is great! I am a firm believer in switch your vitamins every 3 months so your body dosent become immune to them and to keep them working at full effect. I like to switch this off with newchapter inner beauty. I prefer inner beauty but this one is almost as good! it helps my skin and nails!"

"I had weak nails that kept breaking. Since I started taking MegaFood DailyFoods Skin, Nails & Hair, my nails grow very fast and don't break. I can't keep up cutting them! "This is one of the best Hair vitamins I have used and I've been using it for 6 years. My hair grows in thicker and I am 37 with no gray hair. Before I started using Megafoods Skin hair and nails I started to see gray hair and now it has turned back dark. I take 2 tablets 3x's a day every day. You can take them on an empty stomach with no problem."
