"I was so happy to find these "itty bitty" vitamins. I am not a fan of those low-quality "gummy vitamins" or character-shaped vitamins from the drug store. I personally don't think those synthetic vitamins do anything and they always add a lot of sugar and chemicals to them. These are a great quality food-based vitamin and they are so small my kids can swallow them easily. My daughter puts one in a bite of food to swallow them, my son swallows them easily with just water. I think they'd also be great for adults who have a hard time swallowing larger pills - although adults would have to take 9 of these! :o) As usual, Vitacost has a great price on these, as well."

"I read the reviews for this product and was surprised to see that taste was an issue. This wonderful supplement is NOT a chewable. MegaFood states: "Kids & Us™ FoodBased Mini's® - The easy-to-swallow nutritional solution for your entire family." My son loves these supplements because they are NOT chewable. I love them because they are a fantastic whole food supplement. I would highly recommend them to all children who can swallow a pill!"

"I like what is in this product but my daughters did not like the taste. They would rather have a liquid vitamin so I ordered them Nature's Plus Source of Life Liquid MULti-Vitamin and Mineral supplement with Whole Food and they like it."

"With taking 3 pills daily, this bottle of vitamins lasts my child 3 months - and it's a great value!! Though the taste can be a little tart (as he explains it), it suits his special needs and gives the additional fruits and vegetables that an almost 5 year old picky eater does not get on a daily basis. Does not contain any artificial colors or flavors. It is a repeat purchase for this family."
