"I've tried a lot of the Hoodia products out there and I've had the most success with this one. None of them are perfect, but if you make sure to drink a full glass of water when taking it, you will feel fuller and not want to eat as much as you might without it."
"I tried Hoodia from my local drugstore and it worked better than this. But it cost more too. I was hoping that this would work just as well if not better, but it did nothing really. It didn't help my appetite control at all."

"This is the first time I used NSI brand Hoodia. I changed from a store brand because 95% of the nutritionals I use come from Vita Cost. Unfortunately, the store brand was very effective at curbing my appetite and I was able to lose 9 or 10 pounds in 4 weeks. When that supply ran out, I bought the NSI. It does nothing to curb my apetite and it's as though I haven't taken anything. Maybe it's a weaker potency. I used 2 capsules in the morning and that was all. NSI recommends 2 tablets before each meal. That eliminates the cost effectiveness. Then, again, not working lends to ineffectiveness in performance. This episode will not keep me from shopping Vita Cost for my other needs as the other products have always worked."

"I can't take phyllium!! Talk about bad side effects, so I was very excited when my mother told me about this great fiber product that works even better than phyllium but also has the added benefit of creating a wonerful sense of fullness. Combine that with the craving elliminator hoodia and I was able to cut my portions in half and feel like I had just ate a wonderful full course meal. This is a great product that actually works better and better the longer you use it. I love this stuff!!"
