"I was unable to take B vitamins anymore because I would have panic attacks anytime I had any yeast, which included my cheapie B vitamins, but when I am nursing a baby, extra B vitamins are a must for me in order to have energy and milk. I discovered these B vitamins and they don't give me the energy rush that I used to get from the synthetic B's, but they definitely help me to have stamina and they help me to relax and sleep better, especially if I have any caffiene. Whenever I run out of these, I notice that I am more tense and more tired than usual, not good!"

"I have used a few different B-Complex supplements over the past year. This is one of the best on the market right now. It's not the cheapest, but the quality is far beyond most of the junk B-Complex alternatives you will see on the store shelves. This one is food based, so your body assimilates it much better than some of the synthetic formulated brands. The B-Complex vitamins work together to produce energy, regulate metabolism, stabilize mood, reduce stress, as well as many other health functions. You can't go wrong by adding a quality B-complex to your daily supplementation. When our bodies are stressed out, we lose major amounts of B vitamins. Drinking caffeine hiders our uptake of B vitamins as well. Many people have a serious B vitamin deficiency and don't even know it. All they know is they feel burned out, have no energy, and simply drink more coffee just to make it through the day. A solid B-Complex like this one is a good start (a good start, not a simple total fix) to getting those B vitamin levels back where they need to be. I take one or two of these every day and it really helps with the stresses of work and life. If you ever feel like you are having issues with mood, energy, stress, etc, you owe it to yourself to start taking a good B-complex everyday. It is totally worth every penny. Oh yeah, since this one is food based, you can even take it on an empty stomach. Megafood makes good food-based supplements and this one is an all-star in their lineup."

"I really like this form of B vitamins being made from all food source. This is my 3rd bottle now and I can tell it is helping my nerves.
