"I wanted a vitamin that was natural, not a bunch of vitamins created through lab processes. I like this whole food vitamin. The new now is that men should not take iron supplements, even included in vitamins. This vitamin is the only one I've found that fits my requirements. I've been using it for several years now."

"I had had trouble in the past digesting a big multi in the morning. I had eliminated orange juice and had taken the pill after breakfast but nothing helped with the resulting stomach aches. Now with this vitamin, no stomach problems. I can even have juice again. I felt a little more energetic as well. Therefore, I have to give credit to this brand. Hope H."

"Y'know - we never know if the person reviewing the product is somehow affiliated with it. In my case I'm not at all, and I know of no one else taking this product.
One day when I was 15 minutes early for a lunch meeting I walked into a small retail vitamin store owned and run by an Asian woman. Educational degrees in all sorts of subjects were framed on the wall. She came out from the back and I told her that I was just looking. She didn't bother me at all.
After awhile I mentioned that I needed some natural energy pickup (but without caffeine), and that I had some memory loss, and that what I really wanted was to get a one-a-day type of vitamin pill. She immediately chose this MegaFood DailyFoods Iron Free One Daily (90 tablets) for me after asking some questions that I answered (none having to do with price). I figured what the heck, and I bought a bottle. She was so nice and seemed so knowledgable.
I was surprised that this product worked SO well for me. Afterall - I was 53 y/o (in 2006) and had tried maybe 10 different one-a-day type of vitamins over the years, and was never really satisfed. But I was really impressed with this one!
I went back 2 months later to buy more and she was in the process of closing her store - permanently in a few weeks. She ordered me 2 more bottles at a substantial discount and I then looked online for the same product at the best price and found it here.
Yes, I highly recommend this product."
